Shannon Ryan

Cofounder, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Shannon has worked as a nurse in the Rogue Valley for many years. She worked as a community health nurse for most of her career and has worked with people across the lifespan in many health settings. She completed her advanced practice degree in 2015 and has been practicing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner since.
 

Shannon works with people across the lifespan who have behavioral health conditions. She assesses, diagnoses and prescribes medications. She has additional training in integrative strategies and has a strong interest in identifying underlying causes of health and mental health conditions. She may utilize labs and/or genetic testing in the diagnostic process, and treatments may include nutritional supplementation as well as pharmaceutical medications.

Jennifer Marks

Co-founder, PMHNP-BC

Jennifer completed her advanced practice degree in 2013 and is a cofounder of Oregon Behavioral Health Group.  She diagnoses and treats an array of psychiatric and mood disorders including depression, anxiety, OCD, ADD/ADHD, and bipolar disorder.

Pam Rossio

MSN, PMHNP-BC, CNM-BC, PMH-C

Pam is an Airforce veteran of 20 years.  After receiving her master’s degree in midwifery from Frontier Nursing University, she worked as a certified nurse midwife for 16 years, in settings as varied as home birth, small birth centers, and large hospital departments.   She completed a PMHNP post-grad certification through George Washington University in 2022 and gained further training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders from Postpartum Support International.  Pam is passionate about helping women with mental health concerns throughout their life span with special emphasis on pregnancy and the postpartum period.

Tawnya Yockey

MSW, LCSW

 

Tawnya is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 20 years of experience working in the Rogue Valley. She also holds a Master's degree in Holistic Nutrition, and she uses her knowledge and experience to help individuals work through life transitions, chronic illness, trauma, depression and anxiety to help them develop a more fulfilling and balanced life.
